I bring the design thinking and hand it to you as files you can discuss with your local architect, contractor, or any professional. I'm an architect and illustrator, and the person behind iArchitect. Over the years I've reviewed and reshaped 150+ home designs for people all over the world — from quick second opinions to whole homes designed from scratch.
I believe designing your home is a life skill, not something you should feel lost in. So I work right beside you: I listen to how you live, ask the questions that bring it into focus, and turn it into plans that truly fit your life. You stay in control of your home — I just make sure it's built around you.

How much does it cost?
It depends on the work. A small review costs far less than a full home design. I don't put a fixed price on this page because every home is different. We talk on the call, I understand your project, and I give you an exact price then.
What is the booking fee for? Is that the price of the design?
No. The booking fee only holds your call slot. It is not the price of your review or design. If we talk and it's not the right fit, you get the fee back.
What do I get in a “floor plan review”?
You send me your existing plan. I study it the way I would my own — room by room, door to door, light to light — and send you back a marked-up PDF with what works, what doesn't, and what I'd change. Most people say it's like seeing their plan with fresh eyes.
What if I don't have a plan yet — can you design from scratch?
Yes. That's actually where I do my best work. You describe your land, your family, how you move through a day — and I design a plan around that. From concept to detailed layout.
Do you handle construction or approvals?
No. I work online, so I don't do site visits, construction management, or local approvals; your local team handles those.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the job. A quick review is fast; a full home design takes longer. I'll give you a clear timeline on the call, once I know your project.
What happens after I book?
Right after you pay the booking fee, you get an email with a link to pick your call time and a short form. The form helps me come to the call already knowing your project.
